Advantages: Okay clothes no better than the high street Disadvantages: No customer service, no phone number, terrible delivery/collection service
...goods this year alone on ASOS.COM and based on the shoddy service I have been receiving I am seriously not bothering with ASOS anymore. I have then since emailed the "customer care" team at least 6 times regarding this disgusting service and they then proceeded to offer me 10% discount off my next order! - Laughable. I had to take 3 days out of work to mess about with this and they somehow think that 10% off my next order is going to suffice? I was ... ...days out of work but surely they could offer me a gesture of goodwill seeing as I thought myself to be a big customer?! Obviously not. I will take the £10K I spend on clothes a year online and take my business elsewhere then. I am shocked that this sort of service is still apparent online. ...
Advantages: Easy to use; Fast delivery; Huge selection Disadvantages: Content not regularly updated
I have been shopping on Asos now for quite a while, and every time I tell myself that the service provided is remarkable. I feel the website is easy to use, navigation is more than simple enough in my opinion, they have a massive range to choose from, the quantity, quality and selection of clothing is very complete, and they will post it asap, I have never had anything arrive from Asos after more than a couple of days. On top of that the price and ... ...reasonably high, compared to a lot of other places you do get pretty good value for money, in my opinion. However, I may be wrong but it seems to me that they do not change or update the content on their website often enough. All-in-all I am very impressed with their service, and hopefully this will continue. ...

Advantages: Great range of products, excellent delivery service, fantastic sales period Disadvantages: Slightly expensive delivery fee.
Personal opinion: I love my fashion, and being a student I hardly have any free time to do shopping, as I go out, work, club, do sports etc. So to have such a quality online fashion outlet available after hours for you, the customer, to order items at whatever time is great! But this site is slightly bit more interesting... Fashion: There are a wide range of clothes and shoes available from dresses to skirts for women and from cardigans to jeans ... ...the cheapest items and are of good quality as I have bought a few shirts and hats from them. They have a great range of premium branded clothing such as Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Diesel and Ted Baker to name a few. Their shoes collection is nice but not as broad as some other shopping websites which specifically sell shoes. Prices: Their shirts are around £20-£45 on average, jeans are from £30 to £120 and t-shirts range from £20 to £70. Their ...

Advantages: Great Products, Good Quality, Great CS Disadvantages: A little checkout niggle, HDN delivery
Clothes shopping can be taxing at the best of times, I usually struggle to find anything that really catches me fancy. I’m not a fashionista with a large closet full of clobber but occasionally I like to shake up my style. A 25% discount coupon for Asos caught my eye last week on money saving expert so I thought I’d take a look. I was under the impression that it was a site for women’s clothes but after a look I discovered they’ve got a great range ... ...site has a sleek simple look with its products easily accessible through simple category links and options to whittle things down to a certain price range or a particular label. The product information is pretty comprehensive; giving you assorted shots of the clothes, all modelled by chiselled guys who don’t seem to know the meaning of the word fat. But sometimes pictures don’t suffice, so on some products you get a flash video of someone parading ...

Advantages: Quick delivery, cheap prices, quick return, great website Disadvantages: Makes spending money too easy
In my opinion, ASOS have got it just right, I recently had to return a few items and it was handled speedily- an email to alert me they had received the package, and then that they were refunding me. I really enjoy the discounts and promotions running throughout the year, their weekly email updates with the latest styles are in perfect easy reading format and designed to catch your eye. Further, the catwalk videos showing the models are so helpful ...

Advantages: affordable, simple, perfect Disadvantages: seem to seend the wrong item
i adore asos, it is by far my favourite online store for so many reasons. firstly it has such a wide selection of clothes, accesories, etc, so not matter what taste or style you have, they'll definately be something to suit you. Also searching for clothing couldnt be easier, you simply select the item of clothing you are looking for and you are then given the option to refine your search by selecting the colour, size, style, etc until you get your ... ...price, it sells big brand names for an affordable price, and it seems to have a clearance round about once a month so their are plenty of oppurtunities to grab a good bargain, and things do really go incredibly cheap. Then theirs the issue of delivery, on average i've found that clothes usually take 2 - 3 days to come, but some of my items have even been delivered the next day. and if they send you the wrong item, you can send it back and get the ...

Advantages: great selection, excellent bargins, very now!!! Disadvantages: I love ASOS my partners says 'that is a disadvantage'
I am constantly using ASOS. To be honest though I only use the clearance part, which in my opinion has the best range of clearance options. Once you have clicked on you can then choose between shoes, tops, dresses, accessories. Unlike most site where you click 'sale' or 'clearance' section and you get pages of random items. The site is very easy to use and has many bargins. Delivery is accurate and well packaged. I have recently shown this site to ... ...mine recommended it to me. It is especially great because once you have clicked an item you like it will take you to another page giving you the option of a catwalk video. I always always use this option, it is good to see how the item looks while you are moving etc...On most items also you have an option of many colours, which is great if you love the style but would like another colour. I would love to spend a little more with ASOS but as I dont ...

Advantages: Quick delivery, easy returns process and new clothes are always being added Disadvantages: Most dress hemlines too short for work
Have purchased from Asos several times in the past and have always been happy with their service. Really like how you can see most of the clothes on the catwalk - it's great to be able to see how they fit, move and hang. This is definitely a step forward in being able to purchase clothing online. Like how you can get all the items you would need for a complete outfit: Dress, shoes and accessories. Very impressed by their quick delivery. Most importantly ... ...a bit too large was processed within 3 days of the return. My only complaint is that most of the dresses seem very short; but that's not really the fault of ASOS if that's what's in style this season. Would probably order more dresses from them if they could drop the hem a few inches. Overall though Very happy customer and would have no hesitation in ordering from Asos in the future. ...

Advantages: High end fashion at affordable prices. Disadvantages: ADDICTIVE!
ASOS entered my life in December 2008. We met in the early hours of the morning when everyone else in my household was asleep. Our meeting was clandestine and forbidden. There I was, sitting at my desk, under strict orders to curb my spending habits due to the credit crunch, but I needed a new pair of shoes. It was the festive season after all. The office do was coming up. We had family coming to stay with us from Ireland over Christmas, and I needed ... ...gloom on the news. OK I admit it, I just needed an excuse to buy a fashionable pair of shoes and ASOS provided me with it.
-- BEWARE ASOS SUCKS YOU IN! --
When my friend gave me the ASOS website address, she did so with a word of caution. Do not get sucked in! she said. Me? I replied. Sucked in. No way. Not me. As I typed in the address, looking over my shoulder every two minutes to make sure my partner had not heard my keyboard strokes, my eyes ...

I bought a pair of white shoes from ASOS .. pleased with the price and speed of delivery. but on closer inspection of the shoes i realised though one of the shoes was in crisp condition, the other shoe looked as if it had been briefly worn and had a stain on it... Advantages: None Disadvantages: Late delivery, unreliability, inconvenience
Hello everyone, From the very beginning I really liked asos website. I thought it was a nice and easy way of staying trendy. Well, apparently not! I have been extremely disappointed by asos's service quality every time I ordered something. And this will be the last time I will even enter their website. A few days ago I ordered a package for my holiday. Some dresses, shoes, bikinis, etc. And I chose Next Day Delivery because I would leave for my holiday ... ...day. I contacted them asking what was going on. They said there was a problem with their courier service and my package would be delivered the day after. Now that was already a little bit inconvenient since it meant that I had to wait at home for another day, which was the last day before leaving for holiday. But the package DID NOT ARRIVE yet again. I contacted the customer service again and they said that there has been an attempted delivery and ...

I recently have began using this site more and more for clothes, hair accessories and beauty products. The site is filled with so much choice and well priced items, from designer such as vera moda, mina, lacoste to high street brands. I recommend this site to anyone who loves fashion but doesn't want to pay through the nose for good quality clothes. ASOS ...

...broke, I got wind that ASOS.com were having a sale, and I thought I’d best have a look. Just to let you know, it was an 80% sale! For those who don’t already know, ASOS stands for ‘as seen on screen’ and the name is there to indicate the fact that the site sells the latest fashions and most of the outfits being sold are similar, or the same as that worn by a celebrity. The gimmick is, they are at affordable prices and i’m sure if you’re a magazine ... ...few times. THE SITE The site can be found at www.asos.com and is very well designed, the first thing I noticed whilst preparing myself to browse was that the ‘50% Sale’ was advertised of the front page. This is always good; there is nothing like placing an order only to find that there was a clearance section of the website which you missed and probably would have halved your order value! The company caters and is catagorised into the following – ...

Advantages: Good delivery times Disadvantages: all of the above
I too have had a problem with asos. I ordered a pair of G-Star jeans at £110.00, the delivery service wasn't bad but when I opened my order the jeans they had sent was completely the wrong ones. According to the "promise" made by asos if they send the wrong item they will email you back within 60 minutes, ha what a joke. I had to send 4 emails over as many hours befofe I got an automated email reply. They assured me, after i had to resend all the ... ...correct ones that I had originally ordered. Even I could see the 2 different product codes. I received the new pair, again delivery time was good, but could not believe it when the 2nd pair they sent was exactly the same as the wrong 1st pair! I again emailed them and again received a very sarcastic automated email back expecting me to pay for the postage to send the items back. I have now demanded a full refund and after after shopping with them ...

Asos.com is a website I regularly log-on to, not always to buy, but to see what's on there. I've been using it for about three or four years and it's the place I buy most of my clothes from. I originally wrote this review in 2007, but updated it in June 2009 as the website has been radically updated. == About Asos.com ==

The site used to be set out into three sections; menswear, womenswear and beauty (which also covers male grooming), but the website has grown in the last year or so to include a kidswear section, designer section, an outlet section (designer pieces at reduced prices) and a blog and community section. There is also a sale section which sells many ...
