...have found the much vaunted Audi service and quality promise to be something of a misnomer.
When the car was delivered to the UK, pre sale checks failed to pick up on software glitches with the airconditioning display, CD player and multifunction steering wheel which took over 3 months to resolve.
SInce then the rear middle seat belt has jammed on four occasions, the first two of which were dealt with efficiently by Audi roadside assistance who ... ...the leather by the headrest and broken the arm rest.
Maybe it is just an isolated incident or just a bad dealership, but my aftersales experience of Audi has been extremely disappointing, leading to my poor rating below. The dealership if you were wondering is Wimbledon Audi. ...
