SMELL MY HAIR - GO ON!

Advantages: Smells gorgeous, works well, effects last
Disadvantages: Bottle is a bit boring but who cares?

...place to start’ is the Aussie philosophy. I have to say that I agree with them – so I thought I’d check this product out further before use. Upon inspection of the bottle I found that it was for dry / damaged hair, and as I regularly colour mine I thought it could do with a bit of a treat. This product describes itself as a ‘Moisture infuser’ which is pretty impressive – especially if it lives up to that claim. ...
...the smell associated with other Aussie hair products. The overall effect is not sickly sweet in anyway and has to be smelt to be appreciated fully. The directions for use suggest that you should saturate hair with water before massaging the shampoo deeply into the scalp and roots and breathe deeply to enjoy fragrant aromatics. Then drench with water to rinse and repeat if desired. Not much was needed to work into a good, rich lather in hair – ...

Bubblegum hair anyone?

Advantages: erm erm erm nope can't think of one!
Disadvantages: See op

...of two bottles in the Aussie range for a fiver made it even more appealing! Now with a name like Aussie Hair care you'd assume that this was shipped over by Quantas in bulk. Aussie Hair care is in fact manufactured by Clairol a subsidy of Procter and Gamble here in the UK. with a range of different products from shampoo's, conditioners, and hair gels the company makes the most of the Oz theme with most containing some wonder Oz ingredient! The company ...
...my hair -not saturating as Aussie suggests I tentively squeezed a dollop of the bubble gum smelling shampoo into the palm of my hand. Thankfully it was not a bright pink colour otherwise I'd have definitely not used it! With a perlescent creamy beige colour, it is a remarkable thick shampoo! Given that the company play on the fact it is packed with the brown chestnut coloured Macadamia nut you'd think it would be a slightly more darker shade that ...

Ciao member recommended, Ciao member approved!!!

Advantages: Smells lovely, smoothes hair and moisturises
Disadvantages: Packaging, does not add much volume to hair

...Below the kangoroos is the Aussie logo with yet another kangoroo and the name of the product. The main ingredient of the shampoo is the Australian Queensland Macadamia Nut, which apparently is very rich in moisturising oils. When I first opened the bottle at Boots to have a quick whiff of the product, I was rather disappointed by the smell. It had a distinct bubble gum touch to it, which frankly, is not what I would want my hair to smell like. But ...
...Other products in the Aussie range include: Mega Instant - for everyday use Real Volume - for fine/limp hair Colourmate - for colour-treated hair Smooth - for fly away/static hair 3 minute miracle - conditioner for damaged hair Skip a step - 2-in-1 Miracle hair insurance - conditioner for weak hair ***My experience*** I immediately tried these products after my work-out at the gym. I used a chestnut-sized amount of the shampoo and started ...

Th3r3's M0r3 T0 L1f3 Th@n H@1r...

Advantages: The smell, OMG... Its unbelievably Georgeous!!!
Disadvantages: Bottles a bit boring, but what the hell!!

...This is the philosophy of Aussie Miracle Moist shampoo, created for dry/damaged hair. I started using this shampoo after my hair highlighted blonde (yet again) at the hairdressers. When I had first got it done, it felt fine. But washed it a couple of days later with some normal, fairly cheap shampoo and found that once I'd dried it it was so frizzed up and dry, I could hardly get a brush through it, and it felt awful!! It was my mum who reccomended ...
...straight away. (I also bought Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner to use afterwards, as it is recommended on the back of the shampoo bottle.) Now the bottle isn't anything to shout about, its a pale yellowy sort of colour with blue writing on it. It tells you about the 'Australian Queensland Macadamia Nut' on the back of the bottle and it is described as; "Native to Australia, this small chestnut brown nut, rich in oils, is blended with our unique ...

Strewth Bruce this don't half pong

Advantages: Washes hair pretty well
Disadvantages: Smells awful!!

I hold my hands up here and admit to two of my weaknesses, (you needn’t think that I am going to let you in any more!!) I love all things Australian and I just have to try out most new products. So when I saw this shampoo on the shelves at my local supermarket there was little chance of it getting left there! Actually to be fair it isn’t all that new as I have seen it there before, but in my never ending quest to test new products for ...
...I gave this one a “shower” test! So me and it, along with its little brother, ColourMate conditioner (another op to follow one day on that one…) found our way into my shower at the weekend and thus began a steamy affair! There isn’t a great deal you can write about shampoo I don’t think, so I will do my best to make this as interesting as possible for you, in the hope that you will stay the distance! So lets begin… ...

I could eat my own hair!

Advantages: Average results
Disadvantages: Didn't deliver

...BEEN TOTALLY RE-WRITTEN* ~ Aussie Miracle Moist Shampoo Review I had seen adverts and recommendations for the Aussie range of hair care products in all my girly magazines. And after trying a sample of the 3-minute miracle conditioner and liking the results, I thought I might as well give their shampoo ago. I searched in Boots and SuperDrug and my local supermarket and was shocked to find the price for a 300ml bottle was £3.99. This might not be ...
...I decided to purchase the Aussie Moist Shampoo and the Aussie Moist Conditioner to go with I while I was there. The Packaging ****************************************************************************** The Aussie Moist shampoo comes in a plain, off-white plastic bottle, not sure if it's recyclable or not because it doesn't say. The cap has been really annoying designed. You have to push one side down quite firmly and it flips the other side ...

Review of Aussie Moist Shampoo

Bubble gum smelling hair but i like it

Advantages: makes your hair soft and silky but not greasy
Disadvantages: you tend to smell a bit like a sweet factory

This is part of the aussie range. I think i've tried them all so far apart for ones for fine hair and one thing they all have in common is a really strong smell. It's not a nasty smell, it's actually quite fruity, the mega moist smells of macademia nuts. It has fairly plain packaging and is sold at all the majors, boots, superdrug etc. I used it the once and instantly my hair felt really soft, just like it does after you go the hairdressers. It ...
...not irritating at all and it doesn't feel like it builds up at all. It's fairly cheap, about £2.75 for a standard bottle. You could use it on it's own if you have short hair as it conditions quite well, for those with longer hair you can have a leave in or a normal conditioner which compliment the shampoo. The conditioner can be bought in little sachets as well if you just want to try it. Hope you enjoy it as much as me. P.S. It's on offer at ...

mositure infused hair

Advantages: soft and silky hair
Disadvantages: none

I brought Aussie miracle moist shampoo for dry/damage hair in the supermarket a few weeks ago as I didn't have time to go too the hairdressers to buy my usual brand. If you have read my other reviews and remembered them you will know my hair is very long down to my bum in fact. My hair also is tinted and the ends of my hair are a bit dry but other than that my hair is in good condition. The bottle is a creamy colour with the Aussie logo at the ...
...Then recommends you use with Aussie 3 minute miracle condition or Aussie miracle insurance leave in condition. When I put the shampoo into the palm of my hand it smelt of bubblegum, but not to worry the smell doesn't stay in your hair. The shampoo was like cream satin sheets in colour and luxurious in look. The first time I used it I used too much you only need the smallest amount as it foams up really well. After using the shampoo I found my hair ...

Smells like bubblegum

Advantages: Bubble gum like smell
Disadvantages: quite expensive

After searching for ages for a product that would change my dry and coarse feeling hair into soft and manageable locks, I think I have finally found the ultimate shampoo. At first I thought that it smelt a bit strong, but after a while I quite liked it. I didn't notice an immediate improvement in my hair but after a few uses my hair began to feel a lot softer and definateley not as coarse. I think it even made it more shiny. I would definately recommend ...

Works wonders on my straw-for-hair!

Advantages: Does what it says on the bottle!
Disadvantages: A bit pricey

...be honest, I had avoided Aussie because the bottle wasn't particularly attractive! Daft I know... Last night I read the reviews on here about Aussie and they were more negative than positive (though I don't really care about how it smells, as long as it works!) but whilst in work today, I decided that it was the only stuff left to try, so bought some on my way home. I'm now sitting writing this and can't stop fiddling with my hair! It's regained ...

It's Great!

Advantages: Great for coloured hair
Disadvantages: Price

...fact the whole of the Aussie range of haircare products is fantastic. They smell good, and leave your hair in the best condition. I have very temperamental hair that loses volume very quickly. It leaves my hair feeling very clean, and in very good condition. I have coloured hair and this product works very well in keeping it in good condition. One thing that might put people off if they have not used the product is the cost - but once you use it ...

Essential recovery for dry damaged locks!

Advantages: Helps dry damaged locks recover
Disadvantages: Its hard to get work done as you'll be busy stroking your hair!

...salon she recommended I try Aussie Moist shampoo and 3 Minute Miracle. I was straight off to the shops, the shampoo costs around £3 in supermarkets, although look out for the 3 for 2 offers in places like Boots. The shampoo itself smells quite sweet and like bubblegum, from reading other reviews it seems like this smell is an acquired taste but I like it. The shampoo lathers up nicely and feels very softning on the hair. It rinsed out very well ...
...smooth. Whilst my hair did feel better the Miracle results weren't instantaneous. However after a couple of weeks regular use the effect has been dramatic. My hair is much smoother and softer and the breaking has stopped. I now only use a small amount amount of serum to smooth the top layer. Its important to remember that no product can completely repair hair. Dry damaged split ends need to be sliced off and there is nothing you can do about it! ...

Miracle Hair Care

Advantages: Smells divine, leaves hair replenished and feeling great
Disadvantages: A tad expensive

'Aussie Miracle Moist Shampoo' - Miracle by name, miracle by nature, literally. This shampoo really is fantastic, combining a range of natural Australian ingredients to leave hair shiny and full of life, feeling soft and manageable. Prior to being introduced to this shampoo I used to swap and change shampoo's each time I washed my hair to prevent build up. However, since using 'Aussie' for the first time just over two years ago, I have used nothing ...
...well, rinses out easily and most importantly it doesn't build up on your hair, so your hair looks as good after each wash as it did the first time you used it. Afterwards, my hair feels completely replenished. It's clean, soft and most importantly to me its manageable. Okay, this shampoo is a tad on the expensive side, but I think its money well invested, particularly when you see the results. The bubblegum fragrance is another big plus for this ...

does what it claims

Advantages: gorgeous,delightful smelling hair
Disadvantages: a little expensive

...so many good things about Aussie on CIAO that I decided to try the moist shampoo.I still use the TRESEmme conditioner with it.What a combo ! Everything people say about how it lathers up & it's smell is true.To me it's worth spending a little more for it.I echo all the praise it gets from fellow CIAO members. I have just short of shoulder length hair that's a little on the dry side.Just absolutely love how my hair feels when I run my fingers through ...
