...problems gets escalated back to Avaya you have to chase them for a week and to keep you quiet they send back a patch that does nothing. since haveing this system it has wrecked the relationship with about 70% of our customers and with our phone system maintainers I am now looking for a company to Re Install our index and once that is in im going to take my IP office back to AVAYA and slap the peopal whos bright idear it was around the head with it ...
