The milk powder dispenser is such a clever idea. It is a little tub with 3 compartments and a lid. The lid has a section that opens, and the lid can be twisted round so the opening is above only one of the little compartments at a time. I was given the Avent Milk Dispenser just after the birth of my son last year. We, as a family, spend a lot of time either in the car or away as our families live at the other end of the country so I really needed a way of doing his bottles safely whilst on the move. Being able to measure out the powder into the 3 compartments before travelling then only having to carry water in the actual bottles made life so much easier. The individual compartments ...

I was given this as a gift, I would not have bought it myself as I was not happy spending this amount of money on something which I could get cheaper if I bought a supermarket brand. It is a great idea and works well with the formula. Only problem with this was that the formula sometimes didn't all come out and the different sections leaked a little across, so there wasn't always an accurate amount of fomula in the bottle. ...later date once baby is off the bottle and no longer needing formula. I tried this and have to recommend NOT to do this. It is horribly leaky! I have never microwaved or washed this in a dishwasher as I don't have one, so this has only been washed in warm soapy water, so I know it hasn't warped in any way. While I would have another formula dispenser if I were to have another baby, I wouldn't choose this brand again so therefore do not recommend ...

The concept of this product is excellent. It's basicly a circular tub with three compartments and a rotating lid with a sealable spout. You measure out the required amount of milk powder into each compartment replace the lid and your ready to go. Unfortunately in practice this doesn't work as the compartments do not sit flush with the lid and so the powder spills from one compartment to another and as any one who uses formula milk knows this makes ...
...hard to say anymore about this product other than it didnt work for the purpose it was designed yes it was cheap and easy to clean but all that is really irreliavent when you cant use it. If your child is older and only using formula occasionally it may be usefull also I used it to measure out feed thickener (which doesnt have to be as precise) but would not buy it for either of these purposes. ...

My sister advised me to buy one of these for fresh bottles when out and about, but i have used it so much more than i could have imagined! i have 3 of these wonderful containers and have bought many more for friends! whenever my baby is sleeping or i find i have a spare minute, i fill up the compartments with the correct numbers of scoops. So when i wake up in the middle of the night, or early morning, or need to go out, or have a hungry baby, ...
