    Being an Avon fan, I have tried several types of their perfume over the past few months – Rare Emeralds, Prowl, Little Black Dress and more. None of them were exactly what I was looking for and I began to despair of ever finding a scent that was really me. Then I ordered a Women of Earth moisturising body mousse, when it was on offer in one of the Avon brochures. When I applied it to my arms, I realised the scent was gorgeous, but I had problems finding the perfume in this fragrance as it seemed that Avon had stopped doing this one.     As an Avon Rep, I get to try out lots of different fragrances, make-up etc which Avon do. Some I'm not too keen on. But there is one fragrance that Avon do that I'm rather partial to! That's 'Women Of Earth' perfume. I recently purchased this perfume at the reduced rate of £5 for a 50ml bottle. It's normally around £10 to buy normally. Still not bad for a perfume considering what some cost these days! Packaging ~*~*~*~*~ I love the packaging! It's not gaudy looking. It's plain, simplistic and really refreshing looking.     Woman of Earth is a fragrance that is advertised as a perfume for all women, all ages, for the entire world over. I would like to contradict this, however and say that it is a perfume appeals to women aged between 20-40 years old. Okay some older women wear it but I know a lot of others that have turned their noses up too. Instead of ‘making a world of difference with essences from around the globe’, I would say remember a tropical holiday, and the smell from the exotic flowers just as the sun is setting over the sea (oh happy days…).     This perfume and body spray is from the Avon range, I wrote an opinion on it a while back but am now updating it after buying some more of the stuff! Recently a great offer appeared in my Avon catolouge, 'BUY THE WOMAN OF EARTH PERFUME FRAGRANCE AND GET 2 EXTRA THINGS FREE FROM THE SAME RANGE'!!! Of course I took up the offer (Well actually my mum did!) I think it was £10 for the lot! We got the 50ml sized bottle of perfume and also recieved the bath and shower gel and the hand lotion FREE!     I BOUGHT THIS PERFUME FROM MY SISTER AS SHE WAS JUST STARTING OUT AS A SALES REP FOR AVON. I WAS NOT THAT IMPRESSED BY THE PRESENTATION OF THE PURFUME AND THOUGHT IT WAS NOT REALLY ME. I THINK IT WOULD SUIT SOMEONE A LITTLE OLDER OVER THIRTY MAYBE. IT IS VERY FLOWERY AND IT TENDS TO STAY WELL ON YOUR CLOTHES EVEN AFTER WASHING.     I bought this perfume after I tried a sample. It is a delicious, light, floral scent that isn't too over-powering and is suitable for any type of woman (hence the name!). It is a scent that can be worn at anytime, even during the day, as it is fresh and 'breezy'. In fact, it is the perfect scent to wear now while the sunshine lasts! And at £10 for a 50ml bottle, it isn't badly priced either. It comes in a classy glass bottle which complements any dressing table!!     My Grandma works for Avon in West Virginia, USA. When she comes to visit us, she always bring back a vast variety of fragrances. So far, I have had Women of Earth, which is a quite green and very feminine smell. It is available in England and is terrific value for money at around £8 for the Eau de Parfum. Another wonderful fragrance from the collection to look out for around the same price is one called Incandessence. It smells like a designer fragrance and is a fraction of the price. ... more

    Avon Women On Earth is a perfume that you will either love or hate!!, I get samples off an avon representative as I don't like to shell out and buy a full bottle before testing as some are quite pricey. This perfume I would describe as a mature sort of fragrance, quite floral but also quite heavey. It is really suitable for evening wear and I would not personally use it in the daytime as its too much. But if you have a strong personality then you may like this. Avon offer a large vaiety of scents, so I would recommend you try and get some testers before you actually buy a full size one. ... more

    Avon's Woman of Earth Edt has a clean, fresh aroma that can be worn anytime of the day or night. It is more of an invigorating smell than a sensual one, making it useful a fragrance for the office or for that special night out. The elegant clear glass bottle with silver top looks wonderful on my dressing table. This Edt spray also has the added advantage of having shower gel, body spray and talc to complement the scent, to give a layering effect. This all helps to prolong the smell of the fragrance.     Woman of Earth perfume by Avon had a big promotion to get it selling, but I don't see what the fuss is all about. The bottle is nothing special and so is the fragrance, it smells like a cheap perfume you could pick up on a market for £1.99, very light and floraly it doesn't stay the distance, the smell wears off pretty quickly and really only suitable for summer daytime wear, one you could wear to the supermarket!
