Advantages: German build quality! Disadvantages: It's age now!
Wonderful vehicle - you get into to it after admiring the bulk & lines to be greeted by comfort, smoothness & power! Not to mention the feeling of having something of substance between you & the road!
It's downsides are that it needs care & attention in these later years of it's life & the petrol consumption is very painful on the wallet!
There's over 150,000 miles on the clock & it still loves to charge up & down motorways.
The looks it gets ... ...only looks great but sounds it too!
Having driven newer BMWs too I know the quality is still there & I would recommend treating yourself to one, & it doesn't have to cost the earth either - because the older cars just keep on going (don't be put off by higher mileage, they can do it!) ...
