This stuff does exactly what it say on the tin. It really does work. I felt the effects very soon after my first half-scoop, which is what I took to test my tolerance for the product. BEWARE: only take a small amount to test your tolerance, I was really shaky the first time I tried it.
After two weeks or so of taking it every day, I had to substantially increase the amount I consumed to get the same effects as I did at first, which is a pain because ... ...more scoops I had to drink a lot of water, which is not really a good thing if you're going to fill yourself up right before exercise.
It says on the label that you should stop taking it for a while after about 12 weeks.
I, personally, started to feel really ill and experienced irregular bowel movements at the time of digestion at around 8-9 weeks after first taking the product. So beware: as soon as you start feeling ill after taking it, stop ...

Advantages: Strength,Energy,Pump gains Disadvantages: May get a mild stomach ache if the indivdual has a sensitive stomach.
I Used BSN No-explode for around 2-3 weeks before running out of it. It was one, if not the best supplement I have ever used. The energy and pump I got from my workouts was something I couldn't believe.
On Taste:
I purchased the " Fruit Punch " flavour of the product, finding it quite nice but not so easy on the stomach If rushed. I suffered a mild stomach upset, with bad wind, but it was worth it considering the energy in workouts I had.

BSN No-explode is a on the little expensive side, but you cannot take away that it is a very good product, giving gains in energy, strength and an amazing pump, it helps blood flow more freely through the body.
