Syntha-6 is a great protein powder. It has a wide range of flavours and a great nutritional profile and it tastes great too. It's best used in my view as a pre-bed protein supplement since it contains a blend of different protein sources and the chocolate flavour tastes really good with milk. There is a drawback though and that is the price.
