I had BT broad band installed about 9 months ago. The sales team were expedient and friendly and the engineer attended my flat within 2 weeks and in the allotted time slot. I was impressed at this point by the level of service. The BT hub etc arrived by special delivery within the next week and all worked very very well up until about 3 months ago.
