B&Q kitchens are very good value for money considering the excellent quality. Their design and orderirng service is also extremely good. BUT their delivery service and customer service is absolutely atrocious and for this reason I strongly advise other potential customers to avoid them like the plague. I will not bore you with the details as this would turn into a novel but suffice it to say do not plan on receiving your kitchen on time,as one complete delivery or undamaged!! If you want your kitchen within a reasonable time scale - of under 3months- do not touch them with a barge pole. ...

Never, ever, EVER again. Bought a Select kitchen, allegedly one of their better ranges, which they don't actually stock in the stores. Sales person good but that was where the decent service ended. Appalling thereon. Several non-deliveries, items missing but not informed, took another 2 months to supply, then 3/8 wall units and the sink were damaged. Took another month to replace. Lost our builders had to wait 3 more months. Useless at resolving ...
