    Advantages Advantages Taste and gluten and wheat free

    My dear friend is intolerant to both wheat and gluten and she has difficulty in making sure she buys food which do not contain these ingredients otherwise she suffers. She has been like this for years. It is difficult if we go out to eat together, even for a cup of tea. She eats something called Barkat Lemon Cream Wafers and she has given them to me when I have been to her house and they are really delicious.
