Advantages: Well animated, Fights are glorious! Disadvantages: Detective mode feels too much like cheating
...on it actually. Anyway... Batman: Arkham Asylum (BAA) sees you play as Batman on Arkham Island. Basically you've taken the Joker in to be locked up, he escaped and now he's running the place. === Action Bits === BAA isn't really about all out fighting and going in with all guns balzing. The majority of the game will see you sitting on a pillar and launching down at your enemy - or using one of the many gadgets (like the batmarang) to take 'em out. ... ...insane creatures equipped with some nice weapons Batman's swift movements will take them down easily. The fighting animations are very smooth and Batman looks as though he's not even breaking a sweat. === Detective Mode === This feature basically gives you x - ray vision - You'll be able to see enemies through walls and such. This mode is very useful when you're perching on a balcony and want to target an enemy but it does feel a bit like cheating ...
