In short Baumatic service has been appalling. It's now August '09 and the freezer still hasn't been fixed. First of all they sent the wrong parts. We politely informed the service centre that that parts delivered were incorrect. "Let our service engineer make that decision when he attends". In other words, you know nothing about fridges leave it to the experts. Strangely enough when the service engineer did eventually show up ...
