...reasons i wanted to review beautybay.com was because I've never had any problems with them (as opposed to the majority of catalogue and online companies i've ordered from in the past). I buy my moisturiser, shampoo and conditioner and not as often, perfume from this site. I order every 4-6 weeks and have done for the last 3 years. not noce have i had a late delivery, broken product or messy package. its great ot be able to rely on an good service ...
...this site after paying way more than I should have for a year form my haridressers! I now save about £3 a bottle on my shampoo and conditioner, which is quite a bit over a year. I'd recommend this site to someone who's looking for a more expensive product at a price lower than their beautician/hairdresser could sell it. They do some good offers too - free samples and gift bags etc with some products, just look out for them as they're not always highlighted! ...

Beautybay.com is a place where you can apparently get ‘the Cheryl Cole’ look, now does that come with the fully body make over as the home page of the site tells me that I too could ‘look like Cheryl’. ...first came across beautybay.com. Beautybay.com stocks many of the same brands as hqhair, including Bare Escentuals, Becca, Stila, Nails Inc, Urban Decay, Blinc, DuWop, and ModelCo. The site uses an attractive purple and white colour scheme and is nicely uncluttered, easy to browse and runs quickly with no waiting for things to load. You can shop by brand, or you can browse by types of item - the site is divided into haircare, makeup, skincare, fragrance, ...

I always get my Wella haircare from the hairdressers but thought I would have a look on the internet and see if I could find it any cheaper - in this crunch every penny counts!!! Luckily I came across BeautyBay.com - their prices are really good and a lot cheaper than what I was paying before. Plus they have a really nice section called "essential beauty" i think, where there's loads of interesting tips on beauty and skincare. The shipping was unbelievably fast too for just £2.50!! Shipped me a wrong item, asked me to return the item with insurrance, and then forgot all about me. The insurrance was an amount so large that all gained in dealing with them was lost plus it caused a lot of headaches. I emailed about 20 times, and only got about 3 replys all asking me to inform them of the amount they owed me. This information was included in all 20 emails written in 2 currencies - in the end I gave up! It will be unfair not to write that I actually got the correct order, but never the money it costed to correct their error. ...

I purchased the mint hand soap from beautybay, it was an excellent cheap price, the site was easy to navigate and the delivery was very quick. The packaging kept the product well protected and anonymous, which is nice if your buying more private products. This soap itself is refreshing and has a very pleasant odour.
