Advantages: Great range of cosmetics, hair care and fragrances
Disadvantages: Too much to chose from!

WWW.BEAUTYBAY.COM IS BRILLIANT!!! I recently purchased some Paco Rabanne Aftershave for myself and some GHD hair straighteners (whatever they are!) for my daughter from www.beautybay.com. The price was very competitive, and the service was excellent and the delivery time was very accurate indeed. Shipped me a wrong item, asked me to return the item with insurrance, and then forgot all about me. The insurrance was an amount so large that all gained in dealing with them was lost plus it caused a lot of headaches. I emailed about 20 times, and only got about 3 replys all asking me to inform them of the amount they owed me. This information was included in all 20 emails written in 2 currencies - in the end I gave up! It will be unfair not to write that I actually got the correct order, but never the money it costed to correct their error.

The product never arrived and despite waiting over a week I was told to give it another 5 days despite paying for first class delivery. Three weeks later and still no item, customer services very unhelpfull, never again, be warned!!

Advantages: A refreshing, pleasant, and very moisturising product
Disadvantages: Can be hard on exzema sufferers and other skin conditions.

I purchased the mint hand soap from beautybay, it was an excellent cheap price, the site was easy to navigate and the delivery was very quick. The packaging kept the product well protected and anonymous, which is nice if your buying more private products. This soap itself is refreshing and has a very pleasant odour. It doesnt bubble up too much or too little. It is wonderful on dry sensitive skin, although not so good if skin is cracked or suffering ... Read review

I bought some hair products, it was 11 of may and i am still waiting when we are 26 of may, they are so fast for take ur money but no for give to u a good service!!!! never again.
