Excellent service!!! I had absolutely no problems at all with Beepy, ordered my mobile on a Saturday night received it on the Wednesday, would have been the Tuesday however i wasn't in and had to collect from DPD depot the following day, not their fault!!!. Sent my first bill and bank statement away for my free gift (Nintendo DSi - black) on a Tuesday recorded delivery they received the letter on the Wednesday and dispatched my DSi on the Wednesday ...

I have had absolutely no problems at all with Beepy.co.uk. I ordered a £25 per month contract with Nokia phone & free Toshiba Laptop in November. The phone arrived 2 days later. I sent my redemption certificate along with 2 copies of paid invoices from Orange in January (I was a little dubious, still not quite believing that we would receive a free laptop), but within one week of sending my documentation - the Laptop arrived! - Very impressed and will denfinately use again in the future. Phone was delivered a day late. When testing the new phone, a fault was immediately apparent. Ringing their 0844 8801 920 is a farce, you either get cut off after 1-2 mins or it's engaged. I only managed to get through 2 times out of 30 to 40 tries. The customer services don't ring back like they promise and return email response time is either very slow or neglected. Buy at your peril and hope that you don't need post puchase customer services. ...

I am also a customer of beepin good mobiles and have also experienced a problem with them. I ordered a phone from them in October and received it a couple of days later, I then had to send off for my free 32" TV of which I was amazed that a company would offer this with a phone contract and a bit wary of it. It appears that I must be one of the only ones on here to have a (half)decent experience with Beepy. I ordered a new C902 mobile from them in late September and it was delivered the following day.
