I had a similar Beko fridge/freezer for 7 years, so I thought I'd get another one. I bought the replacement online from Miller Bros(VG store), but was disappointed by its basic quality compared to my old one e.g. it was slightly smaller.More importantly,it never achieved its proper operating temperatures even with the thermostat at maximum, so I requested a replacement. When this arrived I wondered if it was a refurbished return - it wasn't packed ... ...was worse than the first one! The fridge never functioned at all, and the freezer operated at maximum, regardless of the thermostat setting. The cover of the compressor motor became too hot to touch! When offered another replacement I opted for a refund. If you have the space, spend more money and get a different brand.
Incidentally, retail stores(e.g.Comet) are very competitive now, and their delivery arrangements can be less frustrating. ...
