Good and pocket friendly

not the best in terms of the enviroment

Beko a British based manufacturer making various appliances, from washing machines to cookers to fridges. At the time of buying this washing machine our finances were restricted so we were looking for something cheap until we had a bit more cash to buy a decent washing machine. We got ours about...

Does the job intended !

Very basic , no advanced features

I have just very recently purchased this washing machine for my new place. I was looking for something cheap but effective in doing the job intended of it. So i decided on purchasing the WMA10 Automatic Wahing Machine. I purchased it from Argos for £199.49 including fitting/connection and...

“Beko WMA10”

Cheap, reliable, easy to use

capacity, capacity, capacity

My partner and I bought one of these out of currys for £200 without fitting, It seemed a very good deal for the price range we were looking at. Installation very simple, one cold water pipe (heats up the water inside the machine like a kettle), screw it on the mains under the sink and machine...

“Washing away my troubles”

erm

quite a few

I don't usually write reviews for things as mundane as washing machines (sorry to anyone that does) but I purchased this model for my new house about 8 months ago and it's performance has prompted me to write this review. When looking I knew that I had to buy from somewhere that delivered as my...

“A budget buy that works ok”

Simple to use, inexpensive

Poor spin, prone to problems

Bought this model a few years back when old machine broke and needed a quick cheap replacement. Not been very impressed - it can be described as 'ok'. It's not got a huge capacity but is manageable (5kg) but the spin cycle is pretty poor so clothes do have to be respun if you stand a chance of...

“GOOD BUY”

published 16/01/2006

ITS CHEAP

NOT ENERGY EfficienT AS I LIKE

ITS A NO FRILLS WASHING MACHINE, SPIN SPEED IS 1000 SPM. THE ONLY THING IS THAT YOU HAVE TO REALLY STAND BY THE MACHINE AS THE DOOR DOES SHUT AS WELL AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD. IT IS IDEAL FOR A LARGE FAMILY WITH A WASHING MACHINE GOING ON ALL THE TIME, LIKE MY HOUSEHOLD. IF IT CAN COPE WITH THAT IT...

I found this manual online http://laundry.manualsonline.com/mdownloads/08dd0e4f-412f-0c74-2132-bf7cfd4 7d274.pdf number 4 or 5 seem the best option to use but they still take over an hour!! 11 takes 45 mins and 12 takes 35 mins, these are for washable wool and wool mixtures. Hope this helps
