This tiny Adapter (better known as a Dongle) has a USB socket under a protective cap which plugs into any PC or Laptop. It is USB 2.0, but also supports USB 1.1 on older PC's and has a range of 10meters. Bluetooth is a way of communicating wirelessly, like infra-red or radio waves and is very easy to use, the only problem is it is slightly slower than using data cables or infra-red. ...Hi all I’ve recently acquired a new mobile phone with Bluetooth capability and wanted to be able to transfer data between the phone and my pc so I went looking for a Bluetooth adapter and settled on a Belkin Bluetooth USB adapter model #F8T003uk with a 10m range (33 feet). This adapter has allowed me to do everything that I wanted it to do. Like transferring pictures, ring tones, games, contact details. It allows up to 7 Bluetooth device’s to be connected at once and if you’re like me and all the boy’s/girl’s visit of a Saturday night then they can all be connected to your pc at the same time to send them all files that they might want.
