    Advantages Advantages Very fast easy-to-clean hob. Suitable for all-electric homes

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Tinny grill pan. Difficult to read the controls.

    It’s difficult to imagine how many more electrical and mechanical things can go wrong in the same month, but in January 2012 I had to replace the vacuum cleaner at a cost of £179, service my wife’s car at a cost of £869 and have a fault fixed under the extended warranty of my car which still cost me £150 excess.Then, we found that the grill on our 11-year-old DeLonghi cooker no longer worked. Given that all the control markings have already worn away and the whole thing looks decidedly tattier than when first bought despite being stainless steel in its outer construction, we decided to get it ... more

    Advantages Advantages Excellent after sales service. Varied size hob rings. Superior grill. Very fast hob cooking.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Shelves TIP when pulled out. Dangerous imho Big let down, the oven, only two shelves supplied.

    I'm glad we are able to edit our reviews. I just burnt myself for the second time since buying this cooker trying to get something out of the grill without the shelf dropping out. The shelves are dangerous imho. There are no 'stops' to prevent them from being pulled right out when taking food out of the oven or grill.. My previous Belling had stops on the shelves as a safety feature! Why they decided to cut costs and build this machine like they have is ludicrous.
