I have been an avid eyeliner wearer since i stole my moms when I was 10. The trouble is, most eyeliners look beautiful when you first apply them...but come to the end of the day and you have to try and remember if you did actually apply any in the first place! well i bought this eyeliner because i had seen it a few times in magazines and i thought it would be good...well it cost me enough...anyways upon application it made a thick line...which i knew it would because its a thick pencil...the only problem is its very hard to blend...it doesnt move so the line looks harsh........i tried to smudge it with my fingers q-tips( to make it look smokier..)...NOTHING...i was practically scraping my eye off...so if u want a think harsh black line thats unsmuggeable..this is for you... ...
