Berol fluorescent colour fabric marker With sports day looming and no green t shirt ( little miss doesn't tend to own a lot of green clothes ), we decided that rather than buy a t shirt w would customize our own. So…out came the fabric pens. WHAT DO I GET? Inside the pack there are 6 pens in pink (vibrant), green (lime), orange, blue, yellow, and one colour which is neither pink nor orange. The pens are nice and chunky, like the fat marker pens, so they are easy for little hands to hold. The lid of each pen is just pull off, and the tips of the pens are chiselled to an angle; this means that ... more

    Advantages Advantages Lots of fun

    Disadvantages Disadvantages A little expensive...maybe?

All three of my children, in my opinion have had something of an artistic flair. I remember when my girls were growing up, every Christmas without fail they would ask for the latest color pens/pencils what ever happened to be the craze at the time. My son has proved to be no different as he loves to draw, paint, create.... anything connected with art. So I looked for something a little bit different for him, I came across these Berol fluorescent fabric pens, I decided he would really like experimenting with these. So along with the pens I bought some cheap plain white Tee shirts. I decided he ... more

Advantages Advantages Rich colours, tight fitting lids, trusted brand, they last.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Bit Expensive, Can stain clothes, Can go through paper etc.

Berol Fluorescent Fabric Pens I know these are actually meant for marking and designing clothes or material, but I brought them for my daughter for different reasons. She loves designing graffiti (though always on paper and not on buildings!) and is always looking around for markers. When I saw a few reviews about these I thought it would be a fair investment so ordered two packs online as she uses her markers regularly. There were 6 colours in each pack - bright pink, a limey green, bright orange, a light blue, yellow, and a pinky orange kind of colour. Looks a bit like the sunset in a way ... more

Advantages Advantages Last for ages, bright colours, glow in the dark

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None

We do a lot of home crafts with our children and one of their favourite things to do is to customize their old clothing with Berol Fluorescent Marker Pens. These don’t come cheap at approximately £8 for 6 fat little marker pens, but it depends on where they are sourced. This was the cheapest we were able to find them, however. The pack of six pens consists of good bright colours. Al the pens have removable, ventilated caps and a nice shaped chiseled end, which allows both us and the children to be able to draw shapes, characters and letters. The pens are designed for ages three and upwards and ... more

Over these school holidays we will be doing an activity that we did last year - fabric painting (or shoudl that be drawing). My little lad loves to to this. We buy a pack of six brighty coloured fabric pens from our local stationery shop for only £6.99. On some old tee shirts (or bags, or pinny's or tableclothes) we draw a fantastic array of bright pictures and patterns. The pens are large and chunky and great for little fingers to keep hold of. The lid pops off easily, they do not smell too bad and they have a great angled head which makes for easier usage for the little lad. He loves to draw ... more
