Beyond the Shadows (Night Angel Trilogy) - Brent Weeks

Beyond The Shadows by Brent Weeks is the third and final book in the Night Angel Trilogy, following on from The Way Of Shadows and Shadow's Edge. I have reviewed the first two books already, and awarded them five and four stars respectively. If you've read those two reviews, you'll know that the this series stands out as being easy to read, yet action packed with a gritty and compelling plot. This is the fantastic conclusion to the night angel trilogy, the world is open to us we have glimpsed its secrets and are dieing for more, and this book gives it to us and more, the twists the possibilities, at the end of the last book "shadows edge" we saw everything explode in ways that just aren't possible, the whole world is in chaos, but the best part is you think you know, you have an inkling and idea of what will happen next, but your wrong, oh so wonderfully wrong, this time around each character will pull you to their side and surprise you with their cunning or strength but most of ... more
