    I purchased a Canon EOS 600D 18-55 Kit with a few extras for a much cheaper price then anywhere I could find locally or on the web, not only the camera was cheap but the memory card, battery and lens were extremely cheap also. Camera and kit also came with a 3 year warranty which was another reason why I decided to choose BigNorman.     I had originally placed an Order with Jessops. They said my order would be delivered with in 10 days. 2 weeks later, i still hadn't received anything, so I cancelled my order and went to online to find a better deal I came accross bignorman.com on a search, their prices seemed too good to be true, so i contacted them via email, and I received a reply within the hour, this is all the confirmation i needed that they were a legitimate outfit, so I placed my order and eagerly awaited delivery.     BigNorman.com should be a model for all other internet shops. I found my product, a new £325+ camera, which i was obviously slightly hesitant in spending with a website i'd never heard of before. I used BigNormans online chat to ask what they could do to calm my nerves, the reply was"Not a lot, but you can read the reviews and believe we do as we say." Difficult to believe, but i really had no reason to worry. Evevrything went excactly as i was told by BigNorman.     I wanted to buy the excellent Canon 550D camera and was attracted by the price quoted by Big Norman, it looked too good to be true. I asked questions of the company ahead of purchasing - they were answered very promptly and I decided to take the plunge and place an order. Ordering was totally hassle free (which is more than I can say for registering with Ciao!) and I within minutes received an order acknowledgement followed by a receipt and later advice that the order had been dispatched the same day.     After spending days seacrching onmline and looking in store for the best price I came accross Bigmorman.com on an online search, the websote was well laid out and all the items i needed were easy to find. I hadn't heard of this company before so i checked their reviews, feedback was very possitive, the price was the most competitive, and saver delivery was free with a reliable schedule... so i went ahead and placed my order.     I found the BigNorman web page after searching a price comparison site. I was amazed by the prices offered, if a little hesitant at first since the company is based outside the UK; however I need not have worried as my order was confirmed immediately and I was notified shortly afterwards that my camera had been despatched. I even had a text on the day of delivery informing me of the 1 hour time slot when I could expect to receive my order - it arrived exactly on time! No waiting in all day for a courier.     In my opinion, Big Norman delivered on all levels. they had exactly the product I wanted and they had plenty available. the website was easy to use and they had suggested accessories etc. I knew exactly what i wanted as i had already done my homework by reading plenty of photography blogs and magazines. Anyway, I ordered at the weekend on free super saver delivery and had my new camera in my hands by the end of the week.
