I saw this item on a TV home shopping channel. With having 3 dogs that come in with wet feet, throw up etc and carpets and tiled floors, I had ordinarily just paid for someone to come and clean the carpets twice a year, and would then be distraught when something happened and they were dirty the next week. I wanted a lightweight easy to use cleaner, so ordered this. It was easy to set up, is easy to use, leaves the carpet fairly dry and very clean ... ...it on my tiled bathroom floor) as an attachment is provided, it can even be used to suck up spills. Very simple to use, you just put the cold tap water into the bottle on the back, the cap is the measure for the cleaning liquid (came free with this product but normally costs about £15 and will last ages), put the water bottle back, plug in, and switch on - the switch I did find a bit fiddly to operate.
