I have had Bissell products in the past, and if this machines continues to do as well as its started, I can see no reason as to why I wont have from them in the future.
As a house proud women I highly recommend this product, especially for Family households, with kids and pets etc.
P.s I paid £218 for mine. ...

Durability
Quick review of Bissell 9400E
This is fantastic, I've had no problems with it and find it very easy to use. The only downside is it's quite heavy and bulky but it's keeping my very pale carpet clean even with 2 young children! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a carpet cleaner, the formula seems quite expensive but you get what you pay for. I bought direct from Bissell £159 for reconditioned machine inc delivery , still comes with year guarantee and some formula so worth getting recon when you consider the saving. ...

Advantages: does the job well Disadvantages: tools are not brilliant, but work Ok
Just bought this model for £179.97 from Argos.
On assembly it was a little tricky and the instructions were a little vague but we got there in the end. I have used it once so far and am quite happy with the results. Sure, it's going to use a lot of cleaning solution (which isn't cheap) but it seems to do the job and I am happy with it so far. I will do more with it over the coming days and report further.
Now used it 2 or 3 more times and find ...
