I have owned this Blackberry Storm 9500 for approximately 4 months, and I thought an in depth detailed review from the view of an average person was in order! I will mention all the useful bits, and avoid the jargon and pointless facts! Where do I begin! it is a great phone, and agreed it won't fit everyone's tastes, it does have something for everyone! when I first unpacked the phone, I did throw the instructions to one side.... not recommended ... ...use comfortably without a lack of needed features! it does have it all! I suppose I should point out what it doesn't have, the list is far shorter than what it does have!!! if you want a high quality camera, walk away, "but for everything else there's Blackberry storm!" ...

...you may be aware the blackberry storm is exclusively available to Vodafone customers only, so if you wish this to be your next mobile, you must either transfer your number to Vodafone, be a customer already, or purchase a new contract. Remember everything in this review is accurate to date. Now to date you can get the blackberry storm for free from £35 a month on a 18 month contract or £30 on a 24 month contract. On both the 35 and 30 contracts you ... ...same. For me, blackberry is the perfect phone, it allows me to keep in touch with clients via instant email, which means as soon as someone sends an email, it is delivered through a web of cables, routers, and switches, reaches Vodafone and within seconds is straight on the device. If you are looking for an mobile email device a blackberry is the way forward and like me I’m sure you won’t be very disappointed. Now looking at the phone front on, it ...

==The BlackBerry Storm== This is RIM's first touch screen phone. Its also RIM's first real step towards capturing the moblie phones users who wouldn't normally be their typical user group (that's of course assuming that the typical BlackBerry user is business orientated!). It comes with a wealth of multimedia features. With ability to recognise various audio and video file types including MP3s, AVI and 3GP. Vodafone also provide their own Sat-Nav software, which is free for the 1st six months. I've noticed that when the GPS is switched on, it really does drain the battery. It's highly recommend that you plug the BlackBerry Storm into a in-car charger when on the go.
Surprisingly (and very disappointingly) there's no Wi-Fi support. This means to get the most of the BlackBerry ...

Well, this blackberry is certainly a new breed of blackberrys available out there on the market. This won't be an in depth review about all the things that the blackberry can do but I will cover all the points interested in potential buyers. First of all, I think we should start with the look. The storm has a 3 inch touchscreen and 4 small buttons on the front of the phone as ... ...only 4.43 inches high, 2.45 inches wide and 0.55 inches thick, weighing in at about 5.5 ounces. I personally enjoy the combination of black and silver that you get with this phone. The high resolution screen also makes the display so much clearer.
The memory space on the phone is miniscule compared to the iPhone with only 1gb onboard memory compared to the iPhones 8gb or 16gb. However, the storm has space for a micro sd card in the back allowing ...

Quick review of BlackBerry Storm 9500
This is the first touch screen phone I have had and am quite frankly very disappointed. The response time is very slow from answering calls to browsing the net. The screen lock never seems to stay locked and will often go off in your pocket or handbag. The battery life is also of poor quality, if applications are being used a lot then the phone needs to be charged every day.
The good thing about the phone is the internet uses, for e-mail and facebook it is useful to have easy access to these sites.

Quick review of BlackBerry Storm 9500
I have had this phone now for nearly 2 months. At first it does take some getting used to, as it is difficult to select the button.
However once i had the hang of it, i now find it is an invaluable piece of technology. I can browse the internet, read e-mails as text messages, log into instant messagers, listen to music, send photos to facebook etc. all included in the monthly contract fee.
one thing that is disappointing is the battery life, i found it runs out quite quickly, however if i ensure all appilcations are off and reduce the light intensity then i find it last longer.
Overall a fantastic phone, much better than the i-phone or similar products. It looks sleek and sophisticated too. ...

Designed to satisfy the needs of both consumers and business customers the BlackBerry more
Storm smartphone combines the powerful communications features global connectivity and personal productivity advantages of the BlackBerry platform with a revolutionary touch-screen technology that dramatically enhances the touch interface and enables easy and precise typing. The world's first "clickable" touch-screen responds much like a physical keyboard and also supports single-touch multi-touch and gestures for intuitive and efficient application navigation. The BlackBerry Storm smartphone comes with an innovative touch-screen that actually depresses ever so slightly when the screen is pressed. The user distinctly feels the screen being pressed and released with a gentle "click" similar to the feeling of a key on a physical keyboard or a button on a mouse. The "clickable" touch-screen gives the user positive confirmation that they have made a selection and the result is a dramatically enhanced touch interface and a highly-intuitive typing experience. In addition to the familiar navigation keys ("phone " "menu" and "escape") that are common to other BlackBerry smartphones the new BlackBerry Storm adds support for multi-touches taps slides and other touch-screen gestures so customers can easily highlight scroll pan and zoom for smooth navigation. The BlackBerry Storm smartphone also features a built-in accelerometer allowing its touch-screen to automatically switch between landscape mode and portrait mode as the user rotates the handset - RIM's SureType keyboard layout is available in portrait mode and a full QWERTY keyboard layout is available in landscape mode. Other relevant features such as cut and paste are only a touch away for the ultimate smartphone experience.
