I usually buy the brand of wash powder thats on offer in the supermarkets and last week Somerfield happened to have Bold on offer so I chose that one, I agree that the the powder does smell nice while in the packet but when I had washed the clothes I found no difference through using Bold then using no softner at all. I have always used Bold two in one washing powder so when this new fragrance came on the market I tried it straight away to see if the new fragrance appealed to the senses as much as the others do. The first thing I noticed was that in a major brand supermarket where I purchased the washing powder, the product was only available in small boxes. I asked the assistant if you could get a larger box but was told that Bold are only doing the smaller ...

BOLD washing powder I had used for years until I bought the FRESHGUARD version. I was quite happy with the cleaness and softness for years, until of late . All of a sudden I came down with a rash and itching I thought of everything and could'nt work it out. It would seem they have changed some of the contents and this has caused my itching. So beware if any of you start having problems change your powder to the other type with out the freshguard. ...
