    Advantages Advantages Bollinger name, used to be quality not anymore

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Price, Sour taste

    My title says it all, I used to purchase this champagne on special occasions along with Moet and Chandon but now I stick with the Moet. Bollinger is a classic well known and expensive brand name champagne. With the last couple of years thought the taste to me has been slowly changing. It's gone from a nice fruity champagne to a slow sour champagne in the last two-three bottles I have bought. Though I'm no big champagne expert and don't pretend to be one, I just buy the nice stuff on special occasions and the last time I bought this champagne I nearly threw the bottle away.
