I bought this a few months ago after a nasty ear infection. I usually clean my ears carefully with cotton buds (I know, I know! But it works) but before the infection cleared up I was unable to do this as my ear was really sore. As a result of this, and the infection itself of course, I got a real build up of wax in there.
