I've only recently just started taking care of my well being. I figure at 28 its time to start taking things a little more serious, after years of abuse at the hand of a hectic life style. Whether I'm drinking the wrong things or eating the wrong thins, I am fully aware its not good for me, but its OK - because I'm young and will grow out of it.
