O.K I have now spent a total of £17.55 on 3 starter packs and £18.95 on refils. Total: £36.50.
... ...is in the refil pack. Boots own are cheeper and the same and yes you can use the Boots refils in the nicorette pen.

Advantages: easy to use, helps quit, a healthier you Disadvantages: there could be side affects
...from a friend about the Boots Inhaler. I thought yep another money wasting quit smoking aid that wasn't going to work and with in a day or so I would be smoking again.
I told my family and friends that I was going to quit and they all said they'd be there for me. Then quitting day came. I went to boots and purchased a starter pack of the boots inhaler. (Details of what you get in the pack are at the end of my review).
I read the instructions of ... ...in my hand. With the Boots inhaler I got the movement of lifting something to my mouth and having something to hold in my fingers like you would with smoking as I got used to having a cigaette there the inhaler takes over and gives you the same effect.
At first I was using the inhaler every 1-2 hours but now I use it once or twice a day which I think is brilliant. I feel healthier, fitter and a whole lot better about my self. and it's all down to ...

Advantages: helps in cutting down, eventually stopping. Disadvantages: none, got to be worth a try.
...the inhalator, i went to boots & collected my starter kit of 1 inhalator & 6 caplules, also a follow on pack of 36 capsules. the inhalator is not much like a cigarette, a bit too stubby & short to hold like one. tha capsules fit in to it very easily, just pull the inhalator apart, push in the capasule & push the 2 parts together again. it,s really simple & quick to do. there is a very detailed booklet that explains everything clearly & concisely. ... ...but i found that i was only using about 4 a day, although i still had about 4 or 5 "proper" cig,s a day as well. the booklet explains that it,s ok to do this, as long as you wean yourself gradually. the taste is really nothing like a real cigarette, but surprisingly it does give you a releif from the craving for a while. I am still in my first week and am quite pleased to have gone from 20 - 30 a day down to 4 or 5, and not to be climbing the walls. ...

I am on day three of using the inhalators and i feel exactly the same as you did. I am super positive about giving the poison up this time after 24years. Oh it,s awful when you really say how many years you have smoked for - Ughh
Plus i will be a qualified nurse soon and i would feel like a hypocrite to tell my patients not to poison themselves, while running outside on my break for that hit of nicotine and various substances that i have become accustomed to over a long long time

Hi,
I started copying the significant adults around me when i was 5-6 years old i would buy the lookalike sweet cigarettes that were sold in little boxes in the sweetshops and would happily pretend to smoke them before eventually eating them.
Having been completely brainwashed by the state and all their media i progressed and would sneak off and smoke Tealeaves pinched from the Caddy which i rolled in bits of newspaper when around 11 years old.
