Boots No7 Amazing Eyes Liquid Eye Liner

I have mixed feelings about Boots No.7 products; some I've been very pleased with, such as their foundations, eye pencils and lipglosses, and some I've found very disappointing, such as the somewhat notorious 'Extravagant Lashes' mascara with a peculiar applicator, and the trio eyeshadows. I bought this in boots for £10 after bein drawn in by the gorgeous litte cube-shaped box, which is white with a flash of blue, with 'No7 eyeliner' written on the front in large black writing. It's a really elegant looking product with the packaging adding to that factor. It comes in a compact palet, with a small brush which i'm not keen on as it was pretty useless for applying the eyeliner, however it was handy for applying eyeshadow. I first tried this no.7 amazing eyes liquid eye liner when i got a £5 voucher off any no.7 product in Boots. I am always getting these vouchers and i dont like wasting them! So i always try and get something! I thought i would try a liquid eyeliner, i had never tried one before and had always used a pencil eyeliner. What I was looking for - Eye liner is one of my key make up tools whenever I'm going out anywhere, I need it to stay put, to make my eyes stand out and most importantly not end up under my eyes. I've always found I needed a liquid eye liner as it lasts longer and tends not to budge unless I end up crying for some reason. I found that this liquid eyeliner by No7 was one of the best liquid eyeliners i have ever used! The applicator is very thin and unless it is pressed down on, it keeps its shape. This makes for very easy application and can create a sleek thin line, also if pushed down on it can create a thicker line. The consistency of the eyeliner itself is non-gloopy, however it generally comes out with a good colour and no gaps. However despite all this, during the course of a day the eyeliner does wear off and can just end up looking badly applied and messy. I would say it is the best liquid eyeliner ... more
