Whenever I am suffering from a headache or mild aches and pains I reach for Paracetamol tablets. The ones we have in the house at the minute are Boot’s own brand, and are in the capsule form which I personally find easier to swallow, though we also have other brands from supermarkets. We tend to buy both Paracetamol and Ibuprofen, as I personally find that depending on what sort of pain it is I am suffering from, one is usually better working than the other.
