I joined the Boots parenting club when I found out I was pregnant well over a year ago now. When you join the parenting club you receive a whole host of offers and advice to help you through the early years of parenthood. You are allowed to stay in the club until you baby reaches their 2nd birthday. You will receive 10 Advantage club points for every £1 you spend on baby products (all other products in the store will get you 4 points per £1), as well as free gifts a magazine and other offers. When I joined one of the advantages of joining was to receive a changing bag free, I think with you ... more

Advantages Advantages Decent size, several pockets,

Disadvantages Disadvantages Price if you do not have a free coupon

Having a very young baby means that whenever I go out now, not only do I have to take all of my own stuff with me including medication, I now have to take everything that he is going to need as well, and it is surprising how one small person can need so much stuff. There was no way that all of mine and Jayden’s stuff was going to fit in my handbag so before he was born I was on the look out for a bag suitable, something large enough to fit all of my baby equipment into, but something that was not going to be to large and bulky to carry around with me or hang on the pushchair. A lot of the bags ... more

Boots Parenting Club Changing Bag I recieved a voucher for a free Boots Parenting Club Changing Bag when I was pregnant with my daughter, now 11 months, after I signed up for the Boots Advantage Card Parenting Club. To be honest when I first got the bag, I was not amazed or overly excited by it, I don't know why because to be fair it is a really nice bag and what was I expecting for free?! The bag itself is black and silvery-grey and is easily wiped clean as is the changing mat that comes inside the bag. It has a strong extendable strap and many pockets and compartments. The bag itself has a ... more

Boots baby changing bag With the safe delivery of my very first grandson, I joined his mummy in the Boots Parenting club because there were promises of free gifts and bargains to be had. The first thing we received along with the money off vouchers was a voucher for this Boots baby changing bag, apparently worth £29.99, and made in association with pampers (hence the money off Pampers vouchers). Since I knew that my son's girlfriend already has a changing bag, I knew that this would come to my possession so that I can keep all of baby's things together. The bag itself is black with two large ... more

I joined the Boot's parenting club when I became pregnant with my daughter, she's 3 and a half now so this has been running for AGES! very simple to join just fill in a simple a5 page of information and hand it in, in your local Boot's, or post it off. You immediately start receiving various information books and packs. Along with these you will receive vouchers, one of those being for a free changing bag, when you buy one packet of pampers nappies! Bargain. This bag is worth £30 in store, but for the price of one packet of pampers nappies (excluding any deals on) you can receive it free in ... more

When I became pregnant a whole new world of freebies suddenly opened up to me! I was amazed by what things you could get from the Bounty packs full of free samples to this Boots changing bag! What do you do? All we had to do was go into the Boots store and join up to their parenting club. This involved us filling in a form with our details and then thats it! Signed up! What does the club involve? The club then means you get the free changing bag with all it's goodies and then every few months Boots send out a booklet with their baby products in and several coupons off various things. They tend ... more

    Advantages Advantages Fab change mat

Disadvantages Disadvantages Too small, poor quality (but hey, it's free.....!)

It's rare for me to shop at Boots - pretty much everything is over-priced with the offer of advantage card points supposedly being enough to tempt us through the doors & pay the high prices... But, I had heard of the Boots parenting club somewhere in the pregnancy literature that we all trawl through, so I decided to sign up in case any worthwhile offers came my way. The biggest offer was a coupon which when used in conjunction with the purchase of Pampers nappies would snag you a free changing bag. Now I know the nappies are overpriced at Boots, but since there was also a £1 off Pampers ... more
