Having recently returned from a holiday in Malaysia this product is forefront in my mind for recommendation (I’ll spare you the details!) I occasionally suffer from diorreah and as a result I get very dehydrated and unwell and I have to be very careful. As I have grown older my bowels are not as good as they used to be but I try to eat healthily. I buy Boots The Chemist’s own brand of hydration sachets. These cost me £3.09 for a box of 6 sachets and they are very good and work very well for me when I use them. They are a lovely tasting blackcurrant flavour, and this is my favourite flavour.
