I would not usually buy Vitamin's but i found myself in boots for something i needed and i thought i would have a look around and i came accross these by boots for 99p, and i picked it up to have a look and see what it does and it did not say that so i thought that i would try it out for a couple of months and see if there was any effect. There are 30 tablets in a pot for 99p. In my opinion they are better than the boots branded multi vitamins as they taste cringe worthy and vitamin c tasts like orange and can be chewed or sucked like a sweet.
