Despite a history of long waits in the queues and previous problems, I continued to use Boots developing because of the convenience and the Advantage points. However, recently I've had a saga stretching over at least a month trying to get various sets of photos developed. The saga is too long to put in detail, but it has involved a lot of wasted time, unnecessary trips to find that the developing wasn't ready, faulty CDs created from SLR film, staff not being able to find where other staff have put things, poor customer service. And that's just part of it.
