very poor customer service and unwillingness to investigate complaints
"...about staff at one of Boots stores and despite it being chased up the store manager failed to respond. Six weeks later he still has not asnwered the complaint and the matter is being referred to a higher level. Has anyone else had problems of this nature when dealing with Boots.
