Following the necessary but relatively short discussion period we looked at several machines and several manufacturers before finally settling on the Bosch WAS 32466.
This is a large washing machine with a very impressive spin and we have been very pleased with it. It is 84.2 cm x 60 cm x 59 cm (Height x Width x Depth) ... ...A being the best, our Bosch actually scores an A+ for energy efficiency. It has an A grade for wash performance and another A grade for spin efficiency. It is pretty quiet to being rated at 56 dB noise level at its loudest which is naturally the spin cycle, in other parts of the cycle there’s barely a murmur.
It has a spin speed of a whacking 1600 revolutions per minute and the faster the spin the dryer the clothes are when they come out. This saves ...

...agreed. He ordered direct from Bosch and was told to allow 3 working days, this was on the Friday. The following Tuesday I received a call to say it was in. Great Honest Service!

After removing the plastic and polystyrene, you had to remove the 4 transportation bolts in the back and replace with 4 plastic bolts/hooks (which then holds the pipes) these are easy to replace, they even provide you with the spanner which fits the bolts.

There was only one inlet pipe for cold water, one outlet pipe for waste, and the mains cable. These were all good lengths, so you can easily install before pushing the machine into the desired location.
If you find the machine wobbles, there are little feet on each corner which can be altered. No-one wants a jelly washing machine!! Before use you can test how hard/soft your water is. In the ...

So, the Bosch it was and the Exxcel WAS28466 was duly delivered and installed with no hassle at all leaving me with a very expensive, large (H842 x W600 x D590mm) front loading washing machine with enough technology and programmes to launch a mission into space. This is no joke, it is so easy to use and has such a range of features even I have mastered the fine art that is loading and using the machine. No mean feat I'll tell you.

I really hate this machine and unsuccessfully asked my supplier to take it back. The biggest issue is the unreliability of spinning. On most programmes it is 50/50 whether my machine will perform the final spin or not, and on larger loads in the standard cotton/mixed loads washes it almost certainly will not. !00% failure to spin on the wool wash, even with a single small jumper.
