    Advantages Advantages comfortable, sound quality

Disadvantages Disadvantages durability? cost (but definitely worth it!)

I would never have ever justified before spending £180 on a pair of headphones, but I go to the gym every morning and was sick and tired of those earphones that are 'designed for sports' that go around your ear, go in your ear and clip on, or do some other weird & wonderful thing that doesn't work! All they did to me was full out each time I did sit ups, or actually hurt the inside of my ear. So I decided to invest in these. My partner loves the make 'Bose' so I thought I would see what all the fuss was about. The first thing you notice is how comfortable they are. They are cushioned on the ... more

Advantages Advantages Lightweight, excellent sound quality, range of adjustment

Disadvantages Disadvantages Exposure of headphone wire disappointing considering the price.

I invested in these headphones after my other Bose headphones no longer worked. I predominantly use these headphones whilst travelling, mainly on the plane to cut out the background noise, which they are very good at doing. The headphones themselves are very flexible, which is useful, but it can be difficult to find the most comfortable position, so it's a case of finding what works best for you. At first, they slipped off the ears quite easily, but I've found that this hasn't developed into much of a problem after about 6 months usage. They work well with the iPod and with a laptop when ... more

Advantages Advantages Comfort, punchy bass, excellent build quailty.

Disadvantages Disadvantages cost if you're not a music buff.

These headphones are expensive compared to the average argos headphones... but.... If there are any headphones worth saving for its these. They are so comfortable that when I first got them I kept putting them on and taking them off just to keep amazed at how comfortable they are. The sound quailty is also excellent. The bass is smooth and deep. Altough they excel in producing very punchy sound if your music requires. The range is impressive. The types of music which these headphones suit (in my personal opinion) are opera, drum and bass and industrial rock (such as massive attack and sneaker ... more

Advantages Advantages good quality, long lasting, comfortable.

Disadvantages Disadvantages way too expensive, the sound leaks out when you listen to music.

the Bose on-ear headphones are great they have a brilliant sound quality and depth. they are let down slightly by the fiddly lead which is about one inch long. comfort: these headphones have a lot of features that make them as comfortable as possible. For instance it uses a material that looks like leather but feels like silk coating the ear pieces and the top of the plastic head rest. also each side is adjustable to about 2 inches on either side which provides more than enough room for anyone to wear them comfortably. also each ear piece is adjustable to 45 degrees and they fold in for easy ... more

Advantages Advantages good feel, comfortable, good mid-range, and treble

Disadvantages Disadvantages Terrible garbage base that drowns out midrange and treble

There are some good things and some bad things with these headphones.First off, they are amazingly comfortable and you could wear them all day. There is very little sound leak meaning they provide very good sound insulation reducing the need for noise cancelling technology. Great because you don't need to fool around with batteries. The soundThe treble and mid range are great, it's just too bad that they are almost completely overwhelmed by a terrible base system that seems to try and blast out a base as opposed to actually playing the correct frequency. This base blasts out a range of low ... more
