This brush is quite common and can be purchased in most high street shops selling electrical goods. You can buy it at Boots for £99.99 or at Comet for around the same price. However, you will pick up a better bargain online to be honest. I purchased mine through Amazon, where ... ...all noisy to operate.
Braun recommends that the brush is moved gently over the teeth in a slightly circular motion, as this will allow the brushes to reach both between the teeth and around the gums. You should only use a very light pressure, as the electrical pulses of the toothbrush should be doing the hard work for you. It really is very simple to use, and being so lightweight to hold makes cleaning your teeth feel somewhat less of a chore.

...been useful would have been an adapter plug, so that you can plug it in to a normal 3-pin socket. Instead, you have a 2-pin shaver plug. But that shouldn't put you off buying one of these puppies.

Advantages: My teeth have never been so clean, robust long lasting product Disadvantages: The price
I have had my Oral-B Sonic Complete for nearly two years now and am still really pleased with it. I had been using standard electric toothbrushes for many years, and had wanted to make the move to a Sonic brush but was put off by the price. Having now owned a sonic brush I would never go back. The first few times you use a sonic brush the sensation can be quite odd. My partner can not use it because it makes his nose tingle, but I have never had ... ...in my mouth. This brush has a timer which lets you know not only when your two minutes brushing time is up, but will give a short buzz every 30 seconds to let you know to move on to the next quarter of your mouth.
