Disadvantages: won't fit in my back pocket to take to my friends house!

My partner had to redeem himself big style at Christmas after buying me a pair of carpet slippers even my granny wouldn't wear last year, and he certain did with the Tassimo. When the Braun Tassimo was being advertised on telly on almost every break, I have to admit I was well inticed ! Most of all cos of the list of drinks available, and also because it looked so good on the telly and matched my Braun toaster and kettle ! ...worktop - I wrote to Braun about this, but they did not bother to reply. The pods are quite pricey, and the quantity in a box has reduced, but they must be value for money, as we keep going back for more. We bought some pods on the web, and several milks had leaked, but replacements were quickly sent. Now we stick to supermarkets... ... and we keep using it ! ... Read review

Like many others, I can't start the day without a caffeine hit. But being very lazy, I can never be bothered or never seem to have the time to boil the kettle, put the coffee in the cup, get the milk etc etc With the Tassimo things are so much easier. The Tassimo is absolutely great. Me and my wife have wanted one since we first saw it, being coffee addicts, but couldn't afford it for a while. However, once a sale was on, we couldn't resist and spent approximately £80 of our hard-earned cash on one. We have now had it for about a year, and haven't regretted the decision even once. I received a Tassimo as a present last christmas. I had wanted one for months so was delighted when I got one! I had been given all the different pods of coffee and hot chocolate to try out so was ecstactic! I tried a few of the coffee pods including the medium roast, cappucino and the decaf, I also tried the hot chocolate. The decaf and medium roast is ok if you like weak warm coffee and the cappucino just about fills half a mug again only warm. ... Read review

...seemed to be for the Braun - and the price was really good - £69.99 - so I indulged myself - and doesn't it look nice in the kitchen!! I plugged in, spent ages working out how to use it (I'm pretty poor on technical achievements ......) and enjoyed my first 'cup' of cappuccino. What a disappointment - the 'milk' supplied to make it frothy tastes absolutely disgusting, and the size of cup achieved was the size for a childrens tea party. Next ... Read review

I had one of these given as a Christmas gift (at my request) and after 3 months of use I would fight to the death anyone who tried to take it from me. So far I have tried the Classic coffee, the Cafe Crema, Twinings breakfast tea, Cappucino, Espresso, Caffe Latte macchiato, Suchard Chocolate drink (yum), Green tea with mint and the latest addition - Caffe Crema Intenso from Carte Noire. I finally got my partner to buy me this magic machine for christmas. he didn't want it as it was another 'useless rubbish taking up place in the kitchen'. he changed his mind very quickly after I made him first cup of latte. Now we both enjoy at least a cuppa a day. This machine is amazing!!!!!! The quality of the drinks is superb. My favourite is suchards hot chocolate but I make evry one of the drinks available. the selection is very good, not like with majority of coffee machines, which make only a few different drinks. If you like a good cup of coffee or tea, you can't do without this baby :-) !!!!!

For a good quality coffee machine I thought I'd have to pay the earth. So I was very pleased when I was introduced to Tassimo via Tesco's. It's amazingly efficient, good value and makes a fantastic range of really good quality drinks; and it looks good too.
