-----------------------------------
Breaking Dawn is the fourth book in the hugely popular “twilight series” written by Stephenie Meyer. Released in August 2008 and is an impressive 756 pages long. It’s a mammoth book and as far as I’m aware it is currently only available in hardback, which does make for a bit of awkward handling as it’s so chunky.
The book follows both Bella Swan (a human 17 year old) and Edward Cullen (A 100 Year ... ...Bella’s first person perspective; however Breaking Dawn breaks away from the series’ usual narrative as Jacob Black (Bella’s best werewolf friend) has a section of the book to himself to tell part of the story through his prospective.
The books use a simple but detailed writing style. Stephenie Meyer has a very good talent for portraying deep descriptive emotion through her writing. She may not win any awards for her basic style, but it does completely ...

Advantages: Fab storytelling and characterisation Disadvantages: Drags at times, disappointed at ending
Breaking Dawn is the fourth book in Stephenie Meyer's series, aimed mainly at the teenage girl market, with elements of romance slightly outweighing those of horror, fantasy and action. It is a brilliantly scripted fourth book, and does the other three justice.
It is worth pointing out that it would be very hard to read this book as a stand alone novel, as events that have occurred in the previous three books are very relevant, and I feel you may ... ...not give any spoilers for Breaking Dawn. Trust me - there are some huge revelations!!
At the end of the thrid book in the series, we finally go to see things from a different perspective. Having read nearly three whole books from a position of Bella's narrative, we managed to understand a great deal about the innocent teenage girl who came to stay with her dad, Charlie, in the small town of Forks, Washington, only to fall in love with a vampire, ...

Advantages: A true love story, with a captivating twist! Disadvantages: Couldn't put it down!
...fear reel themselves in!
Breaking Dawn starts off where Eclipse left us, with Edward & Bella's wedding, the arrangements, the day and the after. We see the lead up to the wedding with all of the worries and anxieties that normal people would face, and then the day itself which turns from wonderful to perfect and then into tense as a situation arises. We then see Edward & Bella head of for their extended honeymoon, and the tension between them during ... ...This ends abruptly when Bella realises that something isn't right, and one morning she awakes to find that her fears had been right afterall and that's when everything gets tense.
Although most of this book is seen from the eyes of Jacob I think the best way to think of it is that it's actually three books in one - that way you can understand the way that it's meant to be laid out easier and you get what the author was trying to do by splitting ...

...about the details here.
Breaking Dawn has been an entirely different beast. I've looked forward to this book for months and had to begin reading it as soon as I could. I felt the beginning was garbled, the events ploughed through as fast as possible, like the author had to get certain events over and done with but couldn't make it so meaningful as in the first book. Edward and Bella have moved on, to one of the possible natural next steps, lets ... ...New Moon kept the candle alight, Eclipse gave it a longer wick but Breaking Dawn has drowned the flame and I think Stephenie Meyer will struggle to regain some of her loyal flowing if the next book does not move back onto the safer ground upon which Twilight was written. ...

This book starts with what left behind of Eclipse and it’s divided into three parts. The first part, told from the point of view of Bella, accounts the wedding of Edward and Bella and their honeymoon in Isle Esme. The second part, told from Jacob’s perspective, details the period he spends with Bella and the Cullens during her pregnancy and the horrific birth of her child. From the moment I start reading this book, I’ve been searching for clues etc on the reconciliation of the triangular relationship as the third book did left me heartbroken in a way for Jacob. You can see the gradual change in the mind of Jacob and how he finally finds peace. The first part is all very fairy-tale like with all the wedding and stuff and the first sexual encounter of Bella and Edward. ...

Advantages: The exciting storylines Disadvantages: None at all
I came across the first book in the series 'twilight' when my step-sister bought it from waterstones in a 3 for 2 deal. She picked up the book as a 3rd choice, and as she began reading her first choice, I picked up the book and started to read it. Not having heard of the book before, I thought it would be an average read. Before long, I was hooked on the characters in the book, and I found it was becoming difficult to put it down. As soon as I heard ... ...and read it. Again, I spent days on end reading the book in a bid to finish it. I was just as eager for the 3rd book, however, I found that it wasn't as gripping as the previous two. By the time I knew there was a 4th book coming out, I was desperate to read it, and therefore pre-ordered it online. For people who haven't read either of the books in the series, it must seem a very ordinary teenage storyline; a teenage vampire love story. However, ...

A great book! In my opinion it had a bit of a disappointing ending in comparison to the first 3 in the saga. Definitely worth reading though, especially if you have read the first 3 books. Advantages: The most surprising book of the series Disadvantages: knowing there is not another book to 'quench your thirst' on completion
And so, the end is nigh. 'Breaking dawn' is the amazingly unexpected ending to 'the twilight saga'. i may slightly spoil a small (and i mean small, you guess it pretty quick anyway) part of the plot with this next bit... Bella and Edwards nuptuals loom and we read as Bella struggles with her ability to hold it all together, knowing that she and Edward will soon be married, and holding her end of the bargain he must too. Bella had made Edward agree ... ...he would TRY and make love to her (he is scared that he could kill her in the process). And so they marry, much too Jacob's heart ache induced dissaproval. And Edward does keep his end of the bargain...with dire cosequences. Bella falls pregnant....however, this is no normal pregnacy. she begins symtoms within a few days, showing within a week. They rush home immediatly where carlisle and edward try to convince Bella to get rid of the baby to which ...

...slightly obsessive over Bella, but Breaking Dawn takes this to a new level. It seems that he has lost some of his obsessive nature, and has taken on a whole new form of crazy, an example of this is when he said to Jacob that they could both share Bella to make her happy :|. Now as much as I don't want to critisize Meyer too much, I have to say that this was one of the most ridiculous things I have ever read. How can she even begin to say that Edward ... ...be towards Bella. Having read Breaking Dawn my minor hatred has esculated too disgust. Meyer has made Jacob and manipulating werewolf who falls in love with a one second old baby. Oh I should mention that the baby he has fallen in love with is Bellas baby...the woman he has claimed to love for some time now. . . (another well thought out plot...not). I'm not even going to begin on discussing the ridiculous of Edward being able to father a child with ...

Breaking Dawn, by Stephanie Meyer, was eagerly awaited by all fans of the Twilight saga including myself. This book is the perfect ending to the twilight saga. Before in the previous books, we have learned about the love Bella has for daring vampire Edward. In this final book, every, well almost every, problem is solved. Stephenie Meyer has done it again !! She is actually amazing at writing. i have read this book 4/5 times now and cannot put it down when i start, it really grabs you and makes you feel like you are the characters in the book. The book really engages the reader and you will be wanting ... ...book is written really brings out the emotion within you, and ou will end up laughing, crying, worrying and hoping alond with the characters, it sort of feels like you are an extra character that nobody has written about, it creates images in your head as you read too which i think is the sign of a very good book. This is the last book in the twilight saga, and it is by far the best of them all. It's a bit like a mad episode of Eastenders or Hollyoaks ...
