I saw this product in my Xmas shop & just thought £6 (Morrison's) isnt that much to spend on teeth whitening. Bought it but didnt try it straight away then read the instructions & got on with it. The applicator for the liquid is pretty simple to apply & then putting the gel into the mouth guard, you just need to know how much to put in. What I did was apply aplicant & gel then use to mouth guard and then use to guard to rub against the molar teeth ...
...closed tight for 10 minutes. Then removed guard & brush with my Oral B electric toothbrush. Overall it does seem to make a bit off difference but whiter than white not quite. It may be different for other users but I did make my teeth a bit whiter may look @ an alternative then go back to it 6 or7/10 ...
