Advantages Advantages Good entertaining show to watch if you've got an hour to spare

Disadvantages Disadvantages Shameless input of manipulative producers

BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT 2009 (Note before you begin - This is a pretty long review as I wanted to cover all of Britain's Got Talent, so by all means don't read all of this if it doesn't interest you, it's hopefully quite clearly subtitled so just skip to whatever bits interest you, if any) Intro Talent in Britain is something that doesn't come around too often, especially if you're following the latest attempts of our various sports teams. But on this show, Britain proves just how talented it really is. Britain's Got Talent is an immensely popular talent show devised by the person we all love to ... more

    Advantages Advantages Great Fun show!

Disadvantages Disadvantages Often critisised by the press, rumours.

Over the past couple of months I, along with several million other people, have been following the hit reality series Britain's Got Talent. I've enjoyed the “tea time” entertainment and have found it immensely satisfying to watch. It's been a greatly amusing to watch the terrible acts that think they are brilliant and equally as amusing and enjoyable to watch the good, talented acts who will clearly go to the final. As well as all the initial entertainment it's but great fun to guess between me and my friends as to who will win and to share our opinions on the people who stood out to us ... more

***ABOUT BRITAINS GOT TALENT*** I’m sure nearly everyone will have heard of or watched this show at some point. This show first hit our screen’s in 2007 and was shown on ITV, and was presented by the fabulous Ant and Dec. The aim of this show is to find a suitable person with talent who can perform at the Royal Variety Show in front of the queen. Not only do they get the chance to perform in front of royalty but they also get to win a massive £100,000 as well. The contestants have to perform their talent in front of an audience and in front of 3 judges whom will decide whether they should go ... more

Advantages Advantages Entertainment, humour, the auditions, the judges and of course THE TALENT!

Disadvantages Disadvantages When it's all over and we have to wait another year!

A reality TV addict (sad but true), I look forward to watching Britain's Got Talent every year. Despite my other half's protests, I watch every episode and find it entertaining, interesting, cringe-worthy at times, hilarious at others and tear-jerking at moments. But the burning issue is: does Britain actually have talent? 'Britain's Got Talent' was first aired in June 2007. The objective is to find an act worthy of performing at the Royal Variety Performance in front of the Royal Family. In 2007, Paul Potts shocked the nation when he opened his mouth and sang absolutely beautifully inducing ... more

The winner of the show receives a prize of £100.000 and a chance to perform in front of a Royal member in the Royal Variety Performance The show is presented by Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly (aka Ant and Dec from Byker grove), with a sister show called Britain’s got more talent aired on ITV 2 and hosted by Stephen Mulhern. Britain’s Got Talent … Or Has It? I have to start by saying that I did not religiously watch this show but instead was more casual viewer. I watched some of the auditions and then the odd show here and there and then the final few shows to see who won and who went home with nothing. You see reality TV doesn’t really do it for me; I see reality everyday and prefer my TV to be a fantasy as possible, living on a council estate I see about as much reality as I can cope with out of my kitchen window! I guess I should include some information about the show, the hosts and the contestants although ... more

Advantages Advantages A highly entertaining talent show.

Disadvantages Disadvantages Some may not agree with me !

Weird, wacky, wonderful, conventional, traditional, we have run the gamut in the past few months and I have been there in my armchair watching as if spellbound, laughing like a hysterical hyena, woefully weeping with emotional exhaustion, overcome with admiration and pride or maybe just totally astonished at how far some will go to see themselves on stage. I do not doubt for one moment that there are a huge number of acts that offer themselves up to the sacrificial altar knowing only too well that they will be the recipients of three large red crosses within seconds of their appearance. On the ... more

Advantages Advantages There are some good acts and preformers

Disadvantages Disadvantages There aint arf some crap!

I believe Britain does have talent but do we really need to hear 3 over paid judges mock people who are willing to get up, and sometimes, make a fool of themselves for a few minuets. Well if they can be brutal then so can i. I know not every person will agree with the way i see this program as i like to say it how i see it. Susan Boyle. She was the perfect example of what i have always believed when it comes to music. Music has no creed, color or race. It has no face it is a sound that we either enjoy or dislike. You could be the greatest & most successful singer in the world, But there will ... more

Advantages Advantages never know what to expect -The judges really make it !

Disadvantages Disadvantages none really-sometimes dissapointed by who does or doesn;t get through.

It was welcome news when I heard that Britains Got Talent was returning for another series, It certainly creeps up on you, I was thinking ,'has it really been a year already !?' Britains Got Talent is one of those shows, where you know, as soon as the auditions begin, you shoud expect the unexpected ,think of the opposite ,and still not know what to expect! It's an anything goes sort of contest, and as far as i'm concerned the more odd or uniquely strange and funny, the better .(Although, mind. That doesn't mean, because they are weird or funny ,that you or I would think they are good enough ... more

The Biggest Talent Contest In The UK If you haven't heard of Britain's Got Talent by now then you must have been on another planet for the las couple of months! Supposed talented contestants will perform their act infront of a panel of judges and an audience. The judges, love them or hate them, are Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan. If they get through they will then go on to perform in the semi-finals where the final vote is over to the great British public who will decide which acts, talented or not, will berform in the grand finale of Britain's Got Talent and eventually, who will ... more
