Having given our original first stage car seat away after my middle son outgrew it, I needed to buy a replacement for my youngest son. I owned a Britax baby car seat originally (as part of a travel system) so decided to buy another Britax seat as it had served me well over the years and had been simple to use. When my daughter was born, we started off with a pink Graco century car seat. We used this for hardly any time at all before we decided we just did not find it safe as it seemed to move too much and looked uncomfortable.
