I think most people thought that anything to do with label 'Britney' would be cheap, tacky and naff. Advantages very cheap, ok scent, the bottle may appeal to some
Disadvantages I find it to be cheap smelling, staying power, the magnolia!

Curious Curious was the debut fragrance release from Britney Spears courtesy of Elizabeth Arden. This fragrance was released in 2004 and is available as an eau de parfum, a solid perfume stick and a body souffle. Advantages Lovely initial smell
Disadvantages Doesn't hold the smell long enough for me!

I am a huge fan of Britney Spears (ok I may be a bit sad admitting that but I am lol). However I'm not into celebrity fragrances as a rule and I actually avoid sniffing them. I have a massive collection of perfumes that are big brands but I only own a couple of celeb offerings other people bought me. It may sound snobby but I prefer labels like Channel and Gucci etc rather a Jade Goody or Paris Hilton offering. I got given this perfume by Britney Spears last year for my birthday as a gift, and I actually really love it! I have seen this perfume out for years, but have never tried it. I have seen it on offer in some shops for about £15 a bottle, so I thought as its so cheap it wouldn't be worth trying! This perfume has really changed my opinion on celebrity perfumes, as this is now actually one of my favourite perfumes. I thought the bottle for this was really nice and eye catching. I saw it as a tester and I like other Britney Spears scents, so I had a spray and as a result i've been buying this Perfume for the last year and a half. Britney's scents are manufactured under Coty, so although perhaps not the most poshest and expensive brand name designer scent I would say the Perfumes are affordable, fun and a nice smell. You can get this scent in 50ml and 100ml. I got the 100ml on a special offer from a website for £14 with free postage. It’s Britney B*tch So usually if someone put a celebrity perfume in front of me (and I am sure a lot of you feel the same way) I would have put on a nice false smile when receiving it for a gift… but when I opened the black cube shaped box which greeted me with a ‘do you dare?’ slogan I thought why the hell not! Originally, I brought myself a sample of this perfume off the internet. It came carded and didn’t smell too sweet or sickly, like some perfumes I have tried. Nor did it smell like something from ten thousand leagues under the toilet, like some other expensive brands I have had the misfortune of trying. The aroma of the scent was very nice, so nice in fact that I decided to treat myself to a full sized bottle, once my other branded perfume had ran out. This is a really nice perfume and the bottle is gorgeous too. The perfume is a fruity floral with a hint of musk. I would say the scent is suitable for the younger generation as it does smell quite youthful, even with a hint of musk. Usually musky scents are for more "mature" women but this one is great for young girls and/ or teens. I bought this years ago when I was around twenty and i've bought two new bottles of it since. I was very excited when Britney released her much anticipated first fragrance 'Curious' and i was quick to snap one up and i loved it! I think it was a nice little taster of other great fragrances to come from Britney! Definetely a scent for the younger person it is very fresh and is not too harsh on the nostrils with a nice vanilla and floral musky smell. Being accustomed to Fantasy by Britney i never really thought of trying another. But i am happy I did. This is not as strong as fantasy but is also a good buy. If you like a fresh smelling floral scent then you should try this. when you first spray this on its a bit strong and tangy but when it dries it is just divine. I guess you will get different first impressions based on your skin chemistry. This is definitely worth every penny. Ive worn this numerous times but mostly during the day when i am just going for lunch with friends or shopping. The staying power is not the best but stays on for ... more
