Advantages: Bowling for "free" in your own home Disadvantages: Tricky, limited features, patience required
Having enjoyed Wii sports bowling immensely, I decided to go "one up" and buy a specialist bowling game for my Wii. This is a typical case of "good in principle, bad in practise". They could have done so much more with this game but have sold themselves short on a greatr many levels.
It does reveal certain dimensions to bowling I'd not previously thought of, everything from the curve (hook) on the ball to the oil distribution on the lane.
Player ... ...to hit the pins, which is fine, but there should be other areas this game could reward you for overcoming these obstacles. You can dive straight in on a quick play, or set up a career. The choice of "lookalikes" is very limited (nothing like the options available when creating a "mii" on other wii games) but you can still find something different. Advantages: You can go bowling Disadvantages: Terrible Controls Won't last very long at all

Advantages: Fun with family members Disadvantages: hard to master
The idea behind this game is to bowl just like in the lanes at the local bowling alley however it is more like playing skittles in the local street alley. The controls are poor to say the least how ever the game is not all bad after u get used to the controls it can be a fun game to play with family members The graphics are nice and the game runs smooth and this could be one of them games where with a few careful tweaks by the designers could turn ... ...off being average/poor and grow as the series continues. I spent many a good time on this game with friends and family and so if you are looking for a quick pick up and go game then maybe this one is not for you however if you are looking for a game where you can play as a group then this is a good game. Overall this is not a bad game there is probably better bowling games out there. This is better then the one you get with the Wii but does not reach ...
