Incompetent, unhelpful, patronising employees

re car insurance parked car was hit by another vehicle ..The other vehicle insurance admitted total liability ...yet our our car after over 6 months is still not repaired!! our policy is fully comprehensive,.that not with standing the other party insurance are wanting to have the vehicle repaired . BUT budget have messed around and delayed repairing the vehicle for so long that on the advice of the RAC advised getting the financial ombudsman involved .. the ombudsman is now involved . It is likely the the car will not be repair for at least 12- to 18 .Who's fault will that be Budget in our opinion ... absolute rubbish

Post Office fronted insurance product with £50 off...

Unscrupulous and disrespectful outfit

I think this is standard with most policies that I have. The flip side is, if you are busy/forgetfull etc, your policy will renew and you won't be left uninsured should you forget to renew. If you are on top of things, then there's no problem to cancel, is there?

Dont touch this company. My dad took out house insurance with them, he was paying them monthly through his bank about 8months into the premium he cancelled due to finacial problems. He had payed them about £170 up to this point and not made any claims. He then started recieving letters from them...

I have also had this problem with BISL administering the Marks and Spencer car insurance. I particularly dislike their habit of automatically instituting an automatic credit card deduction without prior authority.
